About Christy

For fifteen years, Christy Palmer has represented clients in civil litigation matters including personal injury, premises liability, municipal law, real estate, land use, and construction issues. She has represented cities and counties on various matters such as public records, open public meetings, code enforcement, nuisance, contracts, procurement, employment, and civil rights laws. Before joining Kitsap Law Group, Christy worked for seven years with the Kitsap County Prosecutor’s Office, defending the County in tort lawsuits, including complex wrongful death and civil rights matters. She also served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Sumner, gaining experience in general municipal law. Christy is admitted to practice in all Washington courts, the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, having successfully tried and argued cases at all levels.
