About Ciara

Ciara obtained her undergraduate degree at UCLA in 2015 and worked as a legal assistant for two years in Sacramento at a law firm specializing in elder abuse before starting law school. In 2017, Ciara moved to San Francisco to begin law school at UC Hastings. During law school, she was involved in the Medical Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic where she worked with UCSF providers to understand and identify the legal needs of elderly adults in the San Francisco bay area, such as drafting estate planning documents or navigating public health benefits. After graduating from UC Hastings in 2020 and taking the bar, Ciara returned to the Sacramento elder abuse firm where her legal career began and provided compassionate legal representation to vulnerable individuals and their families facing neglect and abuse from long-term care organizations. This background shaped her into a strong and dedicated advocate and has fueled her passion for helping those who have suffered harm.
