About Clark
Clark T. Rogers, Jr., is a native of the Panama City area, and joined Burke Blue in 2011. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Finance. He also studied Psychology, and received multiple Dean’s List and President’s List distinctions. He went on to attend the Wake Forest University Worrell School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Wade Brown Scholarship and the Griggs Scholarships for academic excellence. While at Wake Forest, he also participated in the Small Business Clinic, Innocence and Justice Clinic, and volunteered at a clinic aiding Haitian immigrants in applying for Temporary Protection Status after the 2010 earthquake. Since joining Burke Blue, Clark has practiced in the areas of real property law (transactional, development, and litigation), foreclosure and collections, condominium and homeowner associations, landlord/tenant, environmental/administrative, general civil litigation, and all areas of family law. He is particularly drawn to the “dispute resolution” aspects of family law, and utilizes his knowledge of business finance, psychology, and multiple areas of law, to assist his clients in negotiating resolutions or settlements to their challenging family situations, or litigating their issues if settlement is not possible. He presently focuses his practice on real property, and family law. Clark has previously served as a co-chair of the Bay County Pro Bono Committee, and was a 2023 recipient of the Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for his public service commitment to helping the less fortunate. Clark is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association (Family Law and Real Property Law Sections), Bay County Bar Association, St. Andrews Inns of Court, and the Bay County Family Law Bench and Bar. Prior to the group’s merger with the Capital Collaborative Law Group, he previously held various board positions with the Northwest Florida Collaborative Law Group. He is a proponent of the Collaborative process, and believes all sides to a family dispute benefit when they are able to put aside their differences and reach a fair resolution with an unnecessary waste of their assets on contentious litigation - particularly when children are involved.
