Clifford A. Rieders is a partner at Rieders, Travis, Dohrmann, Mowrey, Humphrey & Waters. He is nationally Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate and an advocate in civil procedure since 2000. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Cum Laude from New York University and received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He served as a law clerk to Judge Malcolm Muir and worked on key Pennsylvania legislation. Mr. Rieders is a past President of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (now Pennsylvania Association for Justice) and one of the original members and past President of the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority. He is a Life Member of the American Law Institute and has authored numerous textbooks and op-ed pieces. He has been instrumental in drafting legislation and has received multiple honors including the Milton D. Rosenberg annual award, the George F. Douglas, Jr., Amicus Curiae Award, the Justice Service Award, and the B’nai B’rith Justice Award. He is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, and numerous federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.
