Cliff Higby previously served as the managing partner at the law firm of Bryant, Higby & Barr in Panama City, Florida, where he practiced from 1991 until August 2022, when he and Kevin Barr joined Walborsky Bradley & Fleming, PLLC. Cliff graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1985 and the University of Florida Law Schol (JD 1988). He spent his first 3 years of practice in Jacksonville, Florida with the law firm of Marks Gray before returning to Panama City where he was born and raised. Cliff is in his 36th year of practice, and his focus is exclusively Civil Trial practice in Trial and Appellate courts, primarily on behalf of plaintiffs. His primary areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, insurance litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, and products liability. Cliff is admitted to the Florida Bar, and admitted to practice in the US District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Higby has tried numerous Civil Jury Trials in State and Federal Court as lead or co-counsel, and has participated as lead or co-counsel in over 60 Appeals in the Appellate courts for the State of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
