About Clyde

Clyde R. Woods first joined Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick, P.C., in 2021. Clyde graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2019 with a double major in Finance and Marketing. While attending Grand Valley, he participated in numerous student organizations including the Siedman School of Business IPO investment club, and served as a board member of the Student Appropriations Committee. In 2023, Clyde graduated from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, Clyde worked as a law clerk for Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick P.C., and was a member of the Elliot Spoon Business and Securities Law Institute. Clyde graduated from Michigan State College of Law with a Trial Practice Certificate for completing the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practicum Institute.
