Cole N. Sherard, attorney/ member, practice focuses primarily on criminal law and defense across the state of Wyoming. His representation ranges from serious felony charges to misdemeanor violations. He has a special passion for DUI/ DWUI representation, driver’s license issues and Wyoming Game and Fish violations. He has successfully taken to trial and received jury acquittals in numerous sexual assault cases, aggravated assault and batteries, vehicular homicides and DUIs. He has received countless dismissals for clients over his 20 years of practice. Cole is originally from Wheatland, Wyoming where he practiced law for 10 years. He joined Pence and MacMillan in 2014 to bring his zealous criminal advocacy to Laramie and surrounding areas. This also allowed him to be closer to the great rivers and mountains located in south central Wyoming. He has a proven track record for getting great results for his client’s time and time again.
