Courtney Rosen Kovach focuses her practice on criminal defense. She spent over 8 years as an Assistant District Attorney for Harris County & Fort Bend County, with the last 6 years as a Felony Prosecutor handling hundreds of cases for the State of Texas. Courtney has extensive trial and courtroom experience, having tried over 25 cases as first chair, including murders, aggravated assaults, intoxication manslaughter, thefts, possession of drugs, arsons, and DWIs. She also supervised over 20 misdemeanor trial cases in County Courts at Law, involving DWIs, possession of dangerous drugs, simple assaults, and domestic violence charges. Courtney has extensive experience in juvenile law, conducting multiple juvenile certification hearings. She understands the inner workings of a District Attorney’s Office and how prosecutors handle cases. Courtney is licensed to handle criminal cases all over Texas, offering her trial skills to help clients achieve the best possible results.
