About Culver
Culver Kidd was born in Atlanta, GA, and moved to Charleston, SC, in 1999. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science. He then attended Charleston School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2007, and was admitted to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina. After clerking for Judge Daniel F. Pieper and working at the South Carolina Court of Appeals, he joined the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office in 2008, where he gained extensive trial experience prosecuting various cases, including drug charges, DUI, and murder cases, leaving in 2018 as a Managing Solicitor. In 2019, he co-founded Kidd Corvey & Simpson, LLC, focusing on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Worker’s Compensation. In February 2021, he founded Kidd Law Firm, LLC, where he continues to represent clients in criminal accusations and personal injury cases.
