About Dale
A seasoned and experienced trial attorney, Dale Wagner completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Washington State University in 1976, then began a career in law enforcement before attending law school. He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1989, after which he was admitted to the Bar to practice law. Mr. Wagner worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Washington for more than 15 years, and for many years represented the Department of Labor and Industries in administrative hearings and superior court trials as it administered the workers’ compensation system in the state of Washington. He has since practiced before the Federal District Court in Western Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Happily married with two children and seven grandchildren, his wealth of experience and knowledge in personal injury and workers’ compensation law has been a great asset to his clients.
