Attorney Dan Cytryn is a licensed Florida attorney who has been practicing injury law for over 44 years in Broward County, handling cases throughout Florida. He is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a title held by only about 1% of trial lawyers in the state, and has been board-certified for over 25 years. Mr. Cytryn has been lead counsel in more than 105 personal injury jury trials, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip and falls, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence, with approximately 25 million-dollar verdicts or settlements in his career. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (B.A. in business administration in accounting, 1978) and Nova Law School (J.D., 1981). He served as president of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association in 1995 and was Head of Case Evaluation from 1990-1991. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), has served on the Florida Bar's Civil Procedure Rules Committee for over ten years, and is an E.A.G.L.E. for the Florida Justice Association, receiving the E.A.G.L.E. legend award in 2015.
