Daniel’s legal career includes serving as a shareholder at Minnillo & Jenkins and as a founding partner of Zegarski & Ice Co., LPA. He has successfully handled cases involving mortgage disputes, inheritance conflicts, and commission rights within bankruptcy proceedings. His practical knowledge and courtroom experience allow him to guide clients through challenging circumstances with confidence and clarity. A frequent lecturer on bankruptcy topics, Daniel has presented at numerous legal seminars covering everything from core bankruptcy representation to the intersection of bankruptcy and domestic relations law.
