About Daniel

Daniel came to the United States from Peru when he was five years old and settled down in West Orange, New Jersey. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University in Political Science. Daniel started his legal career with a personal injury firm in New Jersey for a period of 10 years where he helped clients obtain justice for their injuries during some of their most difficult times. It was during this time period that he decided to continue his education and pursue his dream of becoming an attorney. Daniel is a dedicated litigation paralegal specializing in personal injury law. With a strong commitment to advocating for those in need, Daniel is currently furthering his legal education at NCCU School of Law. He has chosen to focus on personal injury law as a means to profoundly impact people's lives during their most challenging times. Daniel’s passion for justice and meticulous approach to litigation make him a valuable asset and a trusted advocate for personal injury clients. Daniel has experience in all phases of litigation and management of document intensive cases. He works closely with attorneys in providing assistance with document review, legal research, and assists with overall management of cases from start to finish. One of Daniel’s most admirable strengths is to help obtain justice for clients, by helping them navigate the uncertainties of a personal injury claim through potential litigation claims. Daniel is married to his wife, Josie, and they share four beautiful kids ranging in ages 8 to 14. Daniel and his family relocated to Johnston County, North Carolina in 2021, settling down in the lovely town of Clayton. The family friendly atmosphere and beautiful landscape make him and his family proud to call it their home. Since Daniel is bilingual in Spanish, he hopes to impact his community for the better by providing more accessible representation by utilizing his skills and experience. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family and has recently volunteered to coach his kid’s youth soccer team in Clayton. His wife and children mean everything to him and are his lodestar in everything he does.
