About Daniel

Daniel B. Gearhart was born in Evansville in 1975. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1997 and a law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2003, graduating cum laude. He gained extensive experience in employment law, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, civil litigation, and family law at insurance defense firms before joining Siesky Law Firm in 2017.
