Daniel Gigiano is the Principal Attorney at Daniel F. Gigiano Co., L.P.A., practicing law since 1993. He is an aggressive legal advocate known for his hard work and knowledge of facts and law, providing high-level service at reasonable rates. His practice areas include Bankruptcy, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Collections, Criminal Defense (including DUI/OVI), Divorce & Family Law, Estate Planning, Foreclosure Defense, Personal Injury, Probate, and Real Estate. He earned his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois in 1990 and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1993. Before establishing his current firm in late 2002, he served as an assistant state's attorney in Illinois and a guardian ad litem in Chicago, and worked for the Summit County Legal Defender Office and a firm in Akron after moving to Ohio in 1999. He is also actively involved with the Wadsworth Lions Club, having served as Candy Day chairman and President.
