Daniel Gluck is a Trial Lawyer recognized as a New York Metro Area Super Lawyer. His practice focuses on construction accidents and serious personal injury cases. Gluck heads the firm’s focus group department and is the head of internal attorney training in the advanced litigation practices used at Zaremba Brown to achieve the maximum case values in the industry. Gluck practices in State and Federal Courts in both New York and New Jersey. He also has appellate experience and currently heads one of the firm’s Trial Teams. In furtherance of the litigation teams, Mr. Gluck founded and is the sole administrator for the NYPlaintifflistserve, an online community of 190 Plaintiff-only New York attorneys and law offices that share intelligence, transcripts, and experience to support injured workers and people throughout New York and New Jersey. Before COVID-19, Gluck headed the firm's implementation of an electronic case management, workflow, and document management system, enabling the firm to work remotely at 100% capacity while protecting our clients' interests. Gluck developed a unique and cutting-edge, psychology-based method, which was built on other nationally recognized techniques. This method prepares and supports clients for their role in cases, including depositions, which maximize each client’s value in the case. Gluck also lectured on witness preparation and trial practice in continuing legal education courses by the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
