Daniel H. Green’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, landlord and tenant law, municipal court, planning and zoning, condominium law, divorce and family law. Mr. Green is certified as both a Family Law mediator and collaborative law practitioner. Mr. Green currently serves as the Unified Zoning/Planning Board Attorney and Labor and Special Counsel to the Borough of Allentown and as the Unified Zoning/Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Englishtown. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John P. Arnone and the Honorable John A. Ricciardi.
