Daniel J. Lane is a skilled and experienced attorney who has devoted his practice to all aspects of matrimonial, family, and divorce law, including but not limited to divorce, mediation, property distribution, child custody, post-judgment litigation, modifications, enforcement, domestic violence, and appeals. Daniel is Certified to the Supreme Court of New jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney. Daniel’s hard work and dedication to his clients is respected by his peers and has been recognized by many organizations. Specifically, Daniel Lane was selected to “Super Lawyers”; “Top 10 40 Under 40” by The National Advocates; “Top 10 Family Law Attorney” by Attorney and Practice Magazine, and “10 Best” by The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. In addition, Daniel Lane was awarded the “Equal Justice Medal” for his devotion to providing legal services for low-income families for Divorce and Domestic Violence matters. Daniel is a former member of the Bernards Township Zoning board of Adjustment and Former member of Bernards Township Environmental Commission. Daniel received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in 2003 and graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007. Since that time, he has dedicated his practice to Family, Divorce and Matrimonial Matters.
