About Daniel
Dan Mellin has concentrated in real estate and business law and probate in Anne Arundel County over the past 30 years, enjoying the respect of his fellow attorneys and clients, and receiving numerous referrals from other attorneys as well as his own clients. He has extensive experience and knowledge in real estate transactions and litigation, land use and zoning and development law, and administrative hearings, condominiums and home owner associations, liquor licenses, leases and real estate contracts, probate, and business transactions and litigation. He believes that the best practice for lawyers is to always determine the client’s legal needs, realistically assess their likelihood for success and the most efficient and cost effective way to proceed to protect that client’s rights. Clients want to communicate their legal problems and concerns to their attorney and they want their attorney to communicate back how they can best be protected.
