Dan Castagna is the President of Flexer Law and handles primarily consumer bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. He has represented thousands of clients. Dan is licensed in Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2013 and received the National Academy for Bankruptcy Attorneys, Inc. TOP 10 Attorney Award in 2014. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003. He has been with Flexer Law since 2003.
