About Daniel

Dan Heffernan specializes in special education, civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, and children’s torts, representing children with special needs and their families, accident victims, and those whose civil rights have been violated. He has extensive trial experience, served on the faculty of Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Program, and is a frequent lecturer and author on special education law. He has been named a Super Lawyer in special education law every year since 2005.
