About Daniel
Daniel Villazon is an experienced trial lawyer with an emphasis in representing real estate licensees and appraisers before the Florida Real Estate Commission, Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board and Local Realtor Boards. Daniel received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida International University and earned his Juris Doctor at the Florida State University College of Law in 1992. Daniel served as Legal Counsel to the Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2001 to 2004. He served as Acting Director and Chief Attorney to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College and has litigated numerous cases before the Division of Administrative Hearings, County, Circuit and Appellate Courts of Florida. He is currently the Realtor Board Attorney for the Osceola County Association of Realtors and East Polk County Association of Realtors.
