About Danielle

Danielle Mastropiero, Esq., RN, is a seasoned and talented litigator who treats every client like family. Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked for a premier personal injury firm and for two of the nation’s largest insurance carriers, gaining firsthand industry knowledge. In addition to her work as a trial attorney, Danielle works as a hospice nurse. She is a vigorous advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves, both in the courtroom and on the front lines of patient care. Danielle is an active volunteer for the Medical Reserve Corps, participating in vaccine clinics and administering vaccines. She received a Letter of Commendation for her work in Operation Allies Welcome, assisting Afghan Refugees. She has also worked as an EMT in Newark and New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. She participates in pro bono service as a member of the District VIII Ethics Committee. In her free time, Danielle enjoys chihuahuas, comic books, and practicing her Spanish.
