About Danielle
Danielle Miller earned both her J.D. and M.L.S. degrees from San Luis Obispo College of Law, pursuing her education at night while working full-time as the Intake Coordinator at Ernst Law Group. This dual experience provided her with invaluable insights into case evaluation and how to best assist clients, laying a solid foundation for her legal career. During law school, Danielle assisted as a certified law student on a significant traumatic brain injury jury trial that resulted in a $5.65 million verdict. More recently, she assisted throughout a trial against Chevron, which resulted in a $63 million verdict. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Danielle excels in developing and refining interoffice systems to optimize client outcomes, ensuring every aspect of the firm's processes is finely tuned for success and delivering results for clients.
