About Danielle

Danielle has been a litigation attorney with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery since 2019. Danielle has a broad civil litigation practice, including business and commercial litigation, real estate and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, construction defect litigation, trust and estate litigation, and elder abuse litigation. Her experience encompasses all facets of civil litigation, including trial, arbitration, mediation, and a wide range of law and motion practice. Danielle also has significant experience in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, and corporate governance documents. Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court. Danielle currently serves on the Board of Directors for Verity, Sonoma County’s Sexual Assault Prevention, Intervention, & Healing Center. Danielle is also on the Sonoma County Women In Law Board and a member of the Executive Committee of the Richard M. Sangster Inn of Court. Danielle received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, and her B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine. During law school, Danielle served as an editor of the UC Davis Law Review and represented victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. When she is not working, Danielle enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.
