About Danyelle
Danyelle concentrates her practice in class action litigation. Danyelle earned a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University in Finance and Entrepreneurship where she received the distinction of being named to the Dean’s List in Fall of 2007, Spring of 2008, and Spring 2009. Danyelle received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. During her law school career, she interned for Judge Michael A. Usan in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida, McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, and the Attorney General’s office in New York. She is admitted in both New Jersey and New York. Danyelle was an active member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board at Seton Hall. She competed in three competitions during her law school career and finished as a semi-finalist in the Gabrielli National Family Law Competition. In her last year at Seton Hall, Danyelle participated in the Family Law Clinic where she successfully executed a cross-examination and appeared in court on her client’s behalf. Her time in clinic taught her crucial skills needed to succeed as a litigator. In her spare time, Danyelle is actively involved with the New York Young Lawyer’s Association, enjoys traveling, exercise, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
