About Dave

Lieutenant Colonel Dave Beck (retired), a former Marine Corps pilot, battalion commander, judge advocate, and military judge, earned his B.S. from the University of Tennessee in 1971 and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1980. He has successfully represented military officers in criminal cases and before administrative boards, including high-profile cases in U.S. military history, and has appeared on numerous local, national, and international media programs.
