David B. Lunsford was born and raised in Huntington, WV. He graduated from West Virginia University magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2011 and from West Virginia University College of Law in 2014. He joined the firm in 2014, focusing on protecting the rights of people harmed by negligence. He has litigated and successfully resolved cases in numerous state and federal courts and argued appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
