About DAVID

David was born and raised in the Huffman area of Birmingham, AL. After graduating from Huffman High School, he attended Birmingham Southern College where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He earned his law degree at Birmingham School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 2000. Following a successful career in the aviation industry, where he served in executive management and in-house counsel positions for national corporations in Birmingham, Atlanta & Tampa, David established a private law practice focusing on, Probate, Family Law, Business Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and DUI. He joined the firm in 2022. Active in his community, David serves on the Trussville Employee Civil Service Board, and he is an active member and a past President of the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce.
