David B. Pleat is a Senior Partner and founding partner of Pleat & Perry, P.A. He graduated from Duquesne University in 1981 and the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1985. Mr. Pleat was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1985, the District of Columbia Bar in 1993, and the Florida Bar in 1995. He has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, covering personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, association law, medical malpractice, commercial law, insurance claims, and business/commercial litigation.
