David Bobo Mullens, III, is a partner in the litigation section of the firm. He regularly represents businesses, local governments, and individuals in all manner of civil disputes. His practice focuses on business litigation, product liability, county and municipal liability, transportation law, as well as select personal injury cases. A substantial portion of Mr. Mullens’ practice has involved representing individuals or businesses in matters involving breach of contract, trade secrets, employment agreements, fiduciary duties, and professional negligence. He is also a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated more than two hundred personal injury, business, and interpersonal disputes.
