Dave is an Of Counsel attorney whose practice focuses on real estate, business, construction, contract disputes, and administrative law. Dave also serves as the Calvert County Board of License Commissioners (Liquor Board) attorney. Dave is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. A graduate of St. Mary’s Ryken High School, Dave is actively involved in the community, serving on the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, Board of Directors for Patuxent Habitat for Humanity, and Board of Directors for Patuxent Birthright Prince Frederick. He is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland. He has formerly served as chairman of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, a Calvert County Republican Central Committee member, and President of the Calvert County Bar Association. Dave resides in Port Republic with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, and reading during his free time.
