About David

DC joined the Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers as an attorney in 2020. His practice areas include a broad range of personal injury matters, including automotive and premises liability accidents. After graduation, DC practiced civil defense on a variety of insurance claims ranging from personal injury to maritime claims. Additionally, DC worked in entertainment law, assisting clients with protecting intellectual property rights and business ventures. Prior to joining the firm, DC worked as a defense attorney for the insurance companies. He is able to draw from his defense experience to better assist clients in their personal injury claims. DC is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana but now calls New Orleans home. He graduated from Tulane University in 2016 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2019. While at Tulane he was a member of the Tulane football team, where he lettered and was a member of the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Outside of work, DC is an avid outdoorsman. If he is not in the woods or on the water, you can find him on the golf course or searching for a new favorite restaurant.
