David E. Groover, born in 1959, is an attorney who served in the United States Marine Corps from 1977-1981. He graduated with a B.S. in Business from the University of the State of New York in 1992 and earned J.D. degrees from Birmingham School in 1995 and John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta in 2005. Admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1996 and the Georgia State Bar in 2005, he has been practicing law since 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and a past Board Member of the Traumatic Brain Injury Association.
