David F. Paulsen, founder of Paulsen Law Group, has nearly 15 years of legal experience. He received his B.A. from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court team. He practiced personal injury, workers' compensation, business, contract litigation, and white-collar crime in Massachusetts before focusing on personal injury cases in the Tampa Bay area, including automobile, motorcycle, and watercraft accidents. He is licensed in Florida and Massachusetts, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and District of Massachusetts. Mr. Paulsen is also an advocate for the outdoors and environment, maintaining affiliations with several related organizations.
