David J. Stutman focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs in premises liability, automobile and trucking negligence, product liability, medical negligence, and dental negligence. He also handles matters under the Federal Employees Liability Act (FELA) for injured railroad workers. Previously a partner at a Philadelphia law firm, David was a member of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Honor Society at Temple Law School. His community involvement includes pro bono work for Philadelphia VIP, volunteering for the Craig Pinsker Foundation, and membership on the Young Leadership Council of the Jewish Federation.
