David J. Tarbert is a partner at Kincaid, Taylor & Geyer, specializing in real estate title transactions, family law, municipal law, estate planning, and litigation, including oil and gas matters. He earned a B.S., summa cum laude, from Muskingum University and a J.D. from Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 1993. David is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts of Ohio and is a title agent for First American and Ohio Bar Title. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Muskingum County Bar Association (past Treasurer). He has served as a Zanesville City Councilperson for over 19 years and is currently the Law Director for the City of Zanesville and Solicitor for the Village of McConnelsville.
