About David

David Karbasian has dedicated his 32-year career to Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) involving PIP benefits. He represents medical providers and patients for personal injury protection litigation, successfully handling thousands of PIP arbitrations and numerous bench trials. From 2007 to 2015, David served on the New Jersey Forthright Advisory Council. He is an active member of the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice, co-chairing their PIP Committee, and sits on the New Jersey State Bar Association's Automobile and No Fault Litigation Committee. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars in medical benefit claims for medical providers treating auto accident victims. His published cases in the area of PIP include Santeez v. State Farm Ins. Co., Salamone v. Regency Palace, and Knight v. AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Co.
