David Kleinberg has helped his clients achieve justice in challenging cases across Florida. Known for his empathy and fierce advocacy, he has consistently delivered victories against large corporations and their insurers. He is described as 'The Man in the Hat' and excels in the courtroom. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, including those involving defective products, medical malpractice, inadequate security, automobile accidents, slips and falls, and vaccine-related injuries or deaths. Notable victories include a $51 Million Jury Verdict (2005), a $31 Million Settlement (2006), and a $37 Million Jury Verdict (2011) against Yamaha for defective jet-ski design. He grew up in Miami and completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University, earning a B.S. in Information Technology. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, United States Court of Federal Claims, United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and All Florida State Courts. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
