About David

David earned his B.A. in history, summa cum laude, in 2017 from Bridgewater State University, and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he ranked 3rd out of over 170 classmates. During law school, David was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Honors Program. Additionally, he was the Runner Up in the 2021 Esther Clark Moot Court Competition. David also served as a teaching assistant and aided multiple professors with their Civil Procedure, Contracts, Business Organizations, and Evidence classes. During the summer after his first year of law school, David was the Janet D. Steiger Fellow at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, where we worked with the Consumer Protection Division. Prior to joining ODU Law Firm, David represented hundreds of deserving veterans who appealed for disability benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA). David also has experience working in municipal government; he previously served as an elected member of the Town of Fairhaven Planning Board, an appointed member of the Town of Fairhaven Historical Commission, and an appointed member of the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District. While David has remarkable academic achievements and impactful experience, David's personality, character, and work ethic is what makes him a perfect fit for our firm.
