About David

Dave, a partner at Anderson O’Brien, LLP, focuses primarily on Business Law and Estate Planning for business owners and high net worth families. When working with clients on their estate planning needs, he works to protect the client’s assets with careful tax planning, while helping to ensure that their wishes are carried out. Business clients can count on Dave at all stages of their business ventures from formation, through operations, to sale or family succession. Service to the community is an important part of the culture at Anderson O’Brien, LLP. Most recently Dave has dedicated his time to working with youth as a Team Director and coach for the SPASH and Central Wisconsin Composite Youth Mountain bike teams. He also serves on the board of the Diamond Lakers, Inc., a group committed to conservation. Dave also supports his alma mater, UW-Stevens Point by serving as the corporate counsel for the UWSP Foundation for nine years and is now an Emeritus Board Member. He is also a veteran and served in Iraq during 2009 as a member of Wisconsin’s 32nd Brigade Combat Team. Dave enjoys the challenges that a law practice brings, in particular, he likes being able to help his clients work through the legal obstacles that life can present. Whether it is forming an LLC for an entrepreneur, or helping to preserve a grandparent’s legacy, Dave works with his clients to secure their future and peace of mind.
