About David
David M. Mirazo, a Shareholder with the Firm, has been named to the 2014 Texas Rising Stars list of the state’s top young lawyers. Mr. Mirazo represents clients in Texas and New Mexico in commercial, real estate and general litigation matters, including fraud and fiduciary duty litigation, deceptive trade practices litigation, business torts litigation, general business litigation, insurance defense litigation, as well as creditors’ rights and commercial collections. Mr. Mirazo also regularly represents Mexican and U.S. clients in cross-border litigation matters in federal and state court, and provides strategy and counseling to Mexican nationals and companies on matters related to business transactions in the United States. He recently earned his Board Certification in consumer and commercial law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
