David Poe is a dedicated Trial Attorney at Cantor Injury Law, where he specializes in securing justice for clients injured due to the negligence of others, whether the responsible party is an individual, business, or corporate entity. David meticulously prepares each case for trial to maximize client recovery. David’s academic background includes studies in business and German, alongside managing his own lawn and landscape business. Influenced by his father’s career in law and a passion for logical reasoning and justice, David pursued a legal education at Saint Louis University (SLU). He began his legal career in a local personal injury firm’s mass tort department. After obtaining his Missouri law license, David sought out litigation-focused firms and was introduced to Mark Cantor. Over his eight-year tenure, David has made significant contributions to high-stakes cases. Notably, he co-chaired a trial with Mark Cantor that resulted in a $700,000 verdict for an injured motorcyclist in Crawford County. Additionally, David secured a $560,000 settlement in a workers’ compensation case. Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and composing and recording music in his home studio.
