David R. Spears, known as Dave, is a seasoned attorney born and raised in Ironton, Ohio. A former collegiate football player and U.S. Army veteran, Dave earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has been practicing law since 1978. His current focus is mainly on estate planning, but he has decades of experience in workers’ compensation, social security, and personal injury claims. Dave has litigation experience including trial and appellate work, handling cases in the Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio.
