David Scull is Of Counsel, resident in the Rockville office. A graduate of Princeton and the University of Virginia law school, he has had an impressive career in public service, including the Army, Maryland legislature, and as president of the Montgomery County Council. He has handled estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters for decades, including litigation of estate and probate disputes.
