David Serlin focuses his practice on local government and municipal law, including land use, education, and public housing. Prior to Malamut & Associates, he was a solo practitioner. He currently serves as municipal attorney for the Township of Burlington and Borough of Pemberton, planning board attorney for the Township of Eastampton, school board attorney for the Burlington Township Board of Education, and attorney for several Housing Authorities. He is a graduate of Boston University and received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
