David has experience litigating a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian versus motor vehicle, motorcycles, wrongful death, premises liability, and dangerous condition cases. Prior to Joining Randolph & Associates in 2019, David gained legal experience handling matters in criminal defense, immigration, and employment. However, he really developed a passion for helping people in their personal injury matters when he began working as an Associate Attorney at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in 2018. Now, with over six years of experience litigating a variety of personal injury and wrongful death matters, David has helped achieve successful outcomes for numerous clients.
