David W. Brill is the managing attorney at BRILL & RINALDI, The Law Firm. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992 and has been a member of the Florida Bar since then. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Ninth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Middle Districts of Florida. His career began as an Assistant State Attorney, and he now specializes in plaintiffs’ civil trial practice, including land-based and admiralty/maritime personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and class action litigation. He is a past President of the Florida Admiralty Trial Lawyers Association and is 'AV' rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
