David W. Skall

About David

David W. Skall is a partner at The Becker Law Firm, focusing on medical malpractice and personal injury. His interest in this field stems from a personal family tragedy involving medical error. He earned his B.A. from Indiana University in 1993 and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1997 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1998, he gained extensive trial experience, including seven years defending hospitals and physicians. He is a former Super Lawyers® Rising Stars honoree (2007) and an invited delegate to the Eighth District Judicial Conference on Legal Policymaking in Ohio (2006). He joined The Becker Law Firm in 2012.
