David is licensed to practice before Indiana and Illinois, as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois (including the Trial Bar), 7th Circuit and US Supreme Court. After working for the insurance and trucking industry for 13 years, he returned to representing injured people, and has worked to obtain total settlements and verdicts in excess of $9 million. He has tried more than 90 civil cases to jury verdict, obtaining many multi-million dollar verdicts against big trucking companies. Prior to college and law school, I served in the United States Army, including service in Panama and in Honduras. It was not until much later that I realized that it was during my military service that I learned the value of standing up for and helping others. I take the same approach when representing people against insurance companies, who usually do not have the best interests of injured people in mind.
